#18 No docbook, missing CMakeLists.txt

There is no way to compile docbook, which is placed in /doc/en/*
1. Put files index.docbook and shot1.png dirctly into /doc dir, without subfolder.
2. And now add CMakeLists.txt into /doc dir
3. Modify main CMakeLists.txt to get compile averything, including docbook.

Thanks for submitting this and I will eventually incorporate this, however the docbook contents are so far out of date I first need to address this before it is worthwhile to build the docbook output. Any chance you are a technical writer :P. I will eventually update the contents and apply these changes, most likely this fall, too busy enjoying summer at the moment.
