I am having the same problem… even when I enter in the 22-10-2033 date it automatically makes the date Mon Oct 23 10:33:42 CDT 2017. The android market won't let me upload an app unless it's valid until at least 22-10-2033

Got it. I had to add to a new cert from inside eclipse.
