#9 Directory Transformation: rebuild directory tree in output

While using the "recurse subdirectories" option, actually all generated files are plain written into the same output directory. If the subtree in the input folder contains files with the same name, then Kernow generates only one file. It wood be nice if Kernow rebuilds the folder tree from the input directory to the output.
