[Kernelbook-feedback] Suggested chapter for kernelbook

I'd really like to see a discussion of tty handling: drivers, line
disciplines, consoles, etc.
This is omitted from virtually every Linux kernel document out there with
the exception
of the very difficult to read book by Remy Card.
