Kelpie Makefiles / News: Recent posts

The released package is finally complete (no TODOs).
Changes from 0.8.0 include:

1. Added documentation and readme file.

2. Added examples (!!!).

3. Changed usage of CROSS_ROOT/TARGET_ROOT, so they can be specified in customization file (but not when installing the makefiles themselves).
