KeePassPPC V0.5.3 was released on 13th June 2010.

Release Notes:
* Fixed compatibility with Windows Mobile 6.1 devices

I finally got round to release the pending compatibility fix for Windows Mobile 6.1 devices. If WM6.5 stops working now (again) then keep using V0.5.2 and don't complain. I gave it almost 4 month and got no feedback so...
