#203 Can't unhide passwords in Keepass 2.22

I have this problem also. But when I uncheck the box "Hide data using asterisks" I get this:

This operation is disallowed by the application policy. Ask your administrator to allow this policy.

The following policy flag is required:
Feature: Unhide passwords
Description: Allow displaying passwords as plain-text

I am neither tech savvy nor do I know how to write code. So if someone can give me step-by-step instructions it would be greatly appreciated.

    If you cannot enable the policy under 'Tools' -> 'Options' -> 'Policy', ask your admin (admins can lock these options).
