I would like to have an alert when using the same password for different entries.

How can you use the same password more than once unless you are entering it manually? Let KeePass create the password and you will never have two the same.

You can check if there are duplicates. Find > Duplicate passwords.

Like Paul wrote, you can check for duplicates at any time via 'Find' → 'Duplicate Passwords'.

We already have a feature request for a check when adding a new entry:
https://sourceforge.net/p/keepass/feature-requests/1774/
