#2737 Making tabs sortable (with the mouse cursor)

I'm currently (and more often in the future) using multiple KeePass databases at once and thus noticed the tabs feature that is pretty useful compared to some other applications that would open multiple windows instead. But a feature that would be nice here is if the user could resort the tabs of opened databases with the mouse cursor as they currently have a fixed sorting based on the chronological order they were opened.

Why don't you open them in the order you want?
