#2721 default-directory of file dialog should be the directory of the current selected database.

If you want to open a file, a file dialog opens with the directory, for that the last database was opens.

It would be great, if it would be possible that the file-dialogs open in the directory of the actual selected database.

This behaviour should be configurable with this options:

• last directory (current behaviour)
• dir of selected database (fallback: fix directory)
• fix directory
