#2719 Making the local manual more easily accessible

On my KeePass installation I have choosed to also install the manual and lately I have used the local manual a few times as well but to do this I was always required to open the KeePass.chm in KeePass's installation folder. This is not a big issue for me but I think things can be enhanced here to make the local manual more easily accessible for users:

• When KeePass is opened in the menu bar the entry "Help -> Help Contents" does open the online manual instead of the local one. This probably makes sense if a local manual isn't installed but otherwise it might make more sense to open the local manual instead as it avoid issues with not having an internet connection (unless KeePass already falls back then using the local manual) and the online manual eventually more and more slightly mismatching over time with a local installed KeePass version.

• Alternatively or additionally a start menu entry could be added that links to the local installed manual as well.

• You already can change this. Click 'Tools' → 'Options' → tab 'Integration' → button 'Help Source' → choose 'Local help file'.
• I prefer to create only one item in the start menu.
