#2104 Split up "start minimized and locked" into two options

I think it would make way more sense to split this option into two separate options i.e. "start minimized" and "start locked" which can be schwitched on and off independently from each other.

For instance, I'm running KeePass at Windows startup and I'm using the KeePassHTTP plugin and the PassIFox addon for Firefox to manage most of my logins.
So with the current option, there's just the choice of having to enter the master key twice (first for opening the database, then a second time to unlock KeePass) or having the KeePass window (which I don't need most of the time) cluttering the desktop and having to minimize it manually every time.
IMHO, both methods are quite counterintuitive and unnecessary complicated, whereas two separate options would give the user much better control over KeePass' behaviour.
