This topic is still not included, even if there is a comlete PATCH, which make it easy to put this functionality to the sourcecode. Please add for next Release! :

This patch is for KeePassX, not KeePass.

If someone wanted to add D-Bus support to KeePass, I'd suggest doing so via a plugin.
