Confirmed. The plugin tries to find a menu item/separator that doesn't exist anymore.
Updating the plugin should be easy. Ideally, it would be changed to use the recommended way to provide menu items (which has a higher chance of being compatible with future KeePass versions than the approach that the plugin currently uses). https://keepass.info/help/v2_dev/plg_index.html#co_menuitem

FWIW, version 0.11.0 Beta won't work either. Here's a(n interim?) solution.
