Keepass has been working for years with my file stored on my ftp-server in the internet at my hoster. I access the file mainly from two PCs with windows 7 64 bit on two locations.
The only changes are updates and saving the file after new entries.
Lately quite often I receive an error message and cannot access my passwordfile:

Der Remoteserver hat einen Fehler zurückgegeben: 227 Entering Passive Mode (81,19,145,153,212,82)

What can I do?

That shows your server is listening for a connection on port 54354. Check that your firewall / router doesn't block ports in that range.
