Double click on Group Title stopped working

    Good morning,

    I´ve been using Keepass since 2.0 up to 2.30 on a Win 7 machine without any issues.

    Lately I decided to migrate everything to a new Win 8.1 machine, so I made a clean install of Keepass 2.30, opened my database, filtered with my favorite tag, and find out that I can no longer double-click on a Group Title to navigate/list that group entries.

    I couldn´t find any config parameter about that. Am I missing something ?
    Is this a known Win 8.1 issue ?
    Should I install an older version and upgrade to 2.3 like I did in my previous machine ?

    I can no longer double-click on a Group Title to navigate/list that group entries.

    Group Titles are displayed in two places, the Group Pane and the Entry List Pane. Group Titles in the Entry List are displayed only if 'ON' or 'Auto' is selected in 'View>Grouping in Entry List'

    If entries are filtered by tag and the user double or single clicks on a Group in the Group Pane, the filter by tag is cancelled. The entries displayed in the Entry List Pane will be dependent on whether 'View>Show Entries of Subgroups' is checked or not. Whether Group Titles are also displayed in the Entry List depends on the 'View>Grouping in Entry List' setting. Double clicking on the Group Title in the Group Pane additionally toggles the display of subgroups in the Group Pane only.

    Should I install an older version and upgrade to 2.3 like I did in my previous machine ?

    No. Upgrading replaces all the program files but does not replace config files. While workspace (program) settings are retained during a simple upgrade, they will be reset to defaults if the user manually deletes, renames, moves, or does something else to render existing config files invisible to KeePass.

    First of all, thanks for your time and your response.

    This is my current config:
    View menu / Show Entries of Subgroup is "Checked"
    View menu / Grouping in Entry List is "ON"

    I understand what you are saying, but my problem appears when I double click the Group Title in the "Entry List", not in the "Group Pane".
    And my problem is: ... that nothing happens ....

    I still have by my side the "Old" machine with Win 7+Keepass 2.30 and if I double click the Group Title in the "Entry List" it automatically lists "All" the entries in that group, which is what I want.

    I also noticed in the clean install on the "New" machine that I can no longer edit a tag by single clicking the corresponding row & column in the "Entry List", which I can on the "Old" machine...

    This is driving me crazy,
    I have both machines in front of me and Keepass config is exactly the same in both, but behavior is not...

    Could someone with Win 7 and Win 8.1 verify this two behaviors ?
    Could it be my Win 8.1 is corrupted somehow ? (although is quite a fresh install also)
    Any ideas ?

    You are a Genius and I am an Idiot... :-)
    I was comparing line by line the Keepass settings in both machines, and it never crossed my mind to compare the plugins settings...

    Problem solved !!! Sorry for the inconvinience.
