KeePass (2.45) on Windows 10. I receive an error while trying to sync and an clueless about how to resolve the problem. Looking for some guidance on how to proceed. Is this a KeePass problem or a problem with my ISP or whatever? A screenshot of the error is attached.

Question 1. Yes , until about 3 weeks ago.
Question 2. I did not change anything.
Question 3. Opening with File>Open>Open URL gives the same error.
I will contact my ISP for assistance. If needed I will be back in touch.

FTP errors in Windows are usually the remote server playing up.
Did it ever work?
What changed since it worked?
Can you open the database from the FTP server? File > Open > Open URL.
