It is not possible to save triggers without administrator rights

How do I need to configure KeePass to save triggers without administrator rights?

I've already tried the following steps:

1. Run "C:\Program Files (x86)\KeePass2x\KeePass.exe" -cfg-local:"%APPDATA%\KeePass\KeePass.config.xml"
2. Set PreferUserConfiguration = true
3. Deleted KeePass.config.xml in C:\Program Files (x86)\KeePass2x

Admin rights helps prevent a malicious user injecting triggers into your configuration without your knowledge. There is no way around this.
