I have installed hte IOProtocolExt 1.12 , however when I try to synchronize using ftps://site.com/directory/file I am told "The file is corrupted." However, I can open the file remotely using Keepass, and I can download it and open it locally using Keepass... ?
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
KeePass requires read, write, delete and rename rights on remote servers to use "file transactions". If you can't get all those turn off Tools > Options > Advanced, File Input/Output Connections, Use file transactions...
cheers, Paul

Unfortunately I get the same error with Use File Transactions turned off. Interestingly, FTP works, but I'd prefer a more secure transfer.
Can you open / save the database using SFTP?
Using SFTP doesn't make the database any more secure.
cheers, Paul
That's why I said "secure transfer". I'm trying to use FTPS, not SFTP.
The question still stands.
cheers, Paul
SFTP is not supported by the cloud provider.
Read FTPS for SFTP.
I guess I'm not following you -- are you saying that securely transferring the DB file is irrelevant?
Yes, the database is already encrypted before any write is attempted, but extra security is always good.
Can you save the database using FTPS or does it fail as well?
cheers, Paul
