Exclude Recycle Bin from Search and Find 2.07

I'm using 2.07. I believe there was an option in V1 to NOT search in the Backup folder. Could that feature be added into 2.07? There is an option to NOT search Expired entries, but this isn't the same thing.

Specifically, I would like an option to EXCLUDE the Recyle Bin when using Find or the Search bar.

This is an old topic but having recently migrated from 1.x to 2.x I found that I no more can easily switch between global search including Recycle Bin and regular search excluding it.

In 1.x there was a checkbox right inside the search dialog to exclude backup entries. In 2.x this was replaced by a setting of the Group itself. This is useful I suppose, but often I need to search really everything (including entries normally excluded from search). For example, to see if I have used some service years ago which I might have already deleted.

Is it possible to add a flag to search even excluded entries to the search dialog?

I want to search in 200 Accounts in the recycle bin. Is there an other way than restoring all entries and search?

Edit the Recycle Bin Group (right click on the group and select Edit Group...) and enable "Search entries in this group" in the Behavior tab.

As an alternative solution, I've now added an option 'Ignore search settings of groups' in the 'Find' dialog.
