Copy the database manually to whatever location you want is simple.
Save it in email is also an option. Create a new email message, attach the database and save the draft.
Whatever you do, make sure you regularly make backup copies.

I recommend you review the information on the KeePass Backup wiki and decide what kind of backup you need.
OneDrive and GoogleDrive are file locations not backup systems. They have a 30 previous versions feature that will save the 30 most recent database copies, but there is no promise regarding the time span that these versions will cover. Thirty previous versions may span a few weeks or months if you rarely save your database, or for only a few day(s) or hours(s) if you save your database frequently or intensively. They will also keep a deleted file, not previous versions, for 30 days. These features offer some protection for your database if you need to protect yourself against accidentally deleting the password database, or if it gets corrupted, or you or someone else damages it.

I don't store my database on a cloud service because I want it to be available offline.
The backup plug-ins are all simple and should work.
Exactly what problems are you having?
cheers, Paul
to be honest i dont know, doesnt seem to be uploading to the cloud
i will still have a look at tweaking it
thanks
