I use the Keepass app for about 10yrs. Never tought to use it on my android. I installed it and that's it. It ask me a url that I do not know where to find or is it a file.
1-Help how can I have this app working
2-When it works does sync with my desktop?

There are multiple KeePass ports parts for Android. Which did you use? You will need to say when exactly it asks for a URL. I am not clear what you mean by that. And as a general rule, it won't sync with desktop unless you take specific steps to do so, like putting a copy of your database on Dropbox/Google Drive/etc. and opening that on Android.

The only app that we know of that correrctly syncs a KeePass database is KeePass2Android.
You can put a copy of your database on a cloud service like TeamDrive and then open the database directly.

Is it safe to use an alternative manager for my Android device (from google play ).
I tested keepassdx - it looks that this is working and syncing with my database on google drive.
I used to use KeePass2Android but had constant trouble opening the correct DB (on Onedrive). For some reason it always wanted to open a local obsolete copy.
Switched to KeePassDX and never had problems with it, worked as expected. Also, in my opinion, the GUI looks more "mature" and more intuitive.

I've used Keepass2android for syncing through dropbox for years with two android devices and 1 windows device. Never had an issue. Features I've found very helpful are:
Quick Unlock: unlock with just a few characters. I use the last 4 of my password. You get 1 try.
It unlocks with my phone using my fingerprint.
It has its own keyboard and avoids using the clipboard.
I have no experience with KeepassDX. It could be better. Seems to get very good reviews.

I think KeepShare also uses sync features. I'm not 100% certain however.
