Generally it is the responsibility of the password manager that is importing the data, e.g. iOs, to provide import filters that can import uenecrypted, exported data of other password mangers, e.g. KeePass. If the iOs password manager can import one of the following unencrypted formats you may be able to import your KeePass data.
KeePass 2.x can export to following unencrypted formats:
KeePass 1.x csv (comma delimited text that exports data from the built in fields only)
KeePass 2.x XML (a structured text file that exports all user data)
KeePass customizable HTML
There is also a KeePass 1.x export plugin: KeePassIPhone
