KeePass has a Option to select a Browser in which should open the URL in the URL-Field.
Is there an opportunity or a plugin to enable that feature for an URL in a Comment-Field?
Clicking left mouse-button opens the URL in the systems default browser.
Clicking right mouse-button only offers the change to copy the Link.
There should be another option to select the browser before opening.

The open with option is provided in any of the fields, standard or custom, but not in the Notes. Add the URL to a custom field if you use it regularly.
Use the KeePassEnhancedEntryView plug-in to see / use custom fields and if they were standard fields.
