Maybe I'm mistaking, but I would love the auto type function to work based on url and title. It now seems to work only based on title. I'm I correct?

Install the WebAutoType plug-in and it will allow you to Auto-Type based on URL.

KeePass cannot see the URL. It would have to integrate with each application to see more than the application window title.

However, there are several types of browser extension or KeePass plugin that extended KeePass' abilities. These fall into three broad classes:

Browser extensions that post the active webpage URL to the browser's window title e.g. URL in Title bar extensions.

A KeePass plugin e.g. WebAutoType that uses UIA accessibility features to render webpage URLs visible to KeePass.
