simply copy your *.kdbx file to the USB drive.
and also the config file KeePass.config.xml
Additional your kee file if you are using one.

Also make sure you Master password protect it otherwise if someone finds your USB they will have access to your complete Keepass database. If you don't do this your asking for trouble. And make sure it's a Master password you can remember without forgetting it. They also have a portable USB version you can download and use as well.
