When I try to synchronize ('File' → 'Synchronize' → 'Synchronize with URL'), KeePass gets stuck in an endless loop of "Saving database" and "Synchronizing... (https://webdav...)" in status bar displayed. The interface remains locked, and KeePass can only be closed via the Task Manager. The master database is being written (current modification date), but the target file on the WebDAV server is not.
KeePass 2.61 (x64)
Windows 10 pro, 22H2

Did it work with 2.60?
Does it work if you sync with a local file? (Copy the database to a temporary directory and sync with the copy.)
Do you have a trigger that does a save / backup? Disable it and test.
cheers, Paul

Sorry, it was my mistake.
The problem was a trigger loop caused by an old, accidentally copied KeePass.config.enforced.xml file.
