KP2A Tile: Quick Settings tile launcher for Keepass2Android

I built a small companion utility for Keepass2Android that adds a Quick Settings tile to launch Keepass2Android directly (into unlock). It makes it faster to open your password database without losing your current context, and it doesn’t require any changes to Keepass2Android itself.
