An article at ArsTechnica about Android apps reading the clipboard. This affects password managers which use copy-paste to transfer login credentials, KeePassDroid is mentioned.
To expand on Paul's comment, KeePass2Android has an option to use an in-built keyboard that bypasses the clipboard altogether. You can also root your Android and install AppOps so you can turn off individual permissions to apps, such as viewing the clipboard. I would also stay out of any app stores other than the official Play Store which Google scans with their "Bouncer" robots for Malware and fake apps.
