No

When using the Tools -> Database Tools -> Delete Empty Groups function there should probably be an exemption for the Recycle Bin group (if it exists in the active database). This group may often be empty, but its special nature probably warrants it not being deleted. If it had any custom settings applied (e.g. custom icon), these will not be restored when the group is recreated on the next entry deletion.

Obviously a very minor issue, but thought I'd raise it for consideration.

Now that you have me thinking about it, there should probably also be exemptions for the templates group (if one is set) and any group named "AutoOpen".

Also, now that you have me thinking about it, these special-purpose folders use different methods of designating them as special. I guess consistency really is a hobgoblin.
