#1 Stuck once time for yubikey entry expires
If the Yubikey is not pressed within the allocated 15 secs, there is no way to exit the press Yubikey mode. Pressing the Yubikey after the 15 secs have expired also does not work. The only way I found I could exit is alt+ctrl+del. Would it be possible to add a graceful exit method please?

I'm unable to reproduce this on my machine. The expected behavior is that once 15 seconds have elapsed the window will close automatically. Can you provide more details on how to produce the error? Thanks.
Try enabling the Keepass option "Enter master key on secure desktop".
I turned that on, but I still see the expected behavior on my machine. I've looked into the code as well and I'm not sure what could be causing the error you're seeing. If you have any more info on the situation I'll look into it further.
