The CulturalFeatureAppearance struct supports both the smoke emanating (smoke plume) and engine smoke appearance bits. However, IAW SISO-REF-010-2016-v22, only the "Is Smoke Emanating" bit (i.e. Smoke Plume) is supported (the Engine Smoke bit is unused).
