It is related to your MLT insta= ll.=20 Did you compile it by yourself ? =46or some reason, MLT tries to read some of your video files with the kino= =20 producer and crashes there.=20 I have never user the kino producer, but you should try to disable it.=20 Edit (as root) the file: /usr/local/share/mlt/modules/fezzik.dict There, you will see a list of file extensions followed by the preferred=20 producers. You probably have a line saying: *.avi=3Dmcdv,libdv,kino,avformat and=20 *.dv=3Dmcdv,libdv,kino,avformat Try removing kino from both entries, so that you have: *.avi=3Dmcdv,libdv,avformat and *.dv=3Dmcdv,libdv,avformat Next, try again to play your .kdenlive file with inigo or to open it in=20 Kdenlive.
