the hi22-action-pulse.mng file is corrupt, causing the programm to terminate immediately see-> https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdbg/+bug/1311893
please use imagemagick to create it, as gimp produces errors.
use something like(which worked for me very well): convert -delay 1 hi22-action-pulse0000* hi22-action-pulse.mng
