Firt I would like to wish you all the best in the new year. Thank you for giving us Kchmviewer, an excellent chm viewer.
I have a suggestion for improivement. My files are named like (ISBN 97828465492548).chm and in case of many files recently opened it is very diffucult to choose right one. Adobe Reader DC and an open source CHM/PDF/DJV reader "Sumatra PDF" (github.com/sumatrapdfreader/sumatrapdf/wiki/Contribute-code) both list recently opened files as thumbnails and it is very easy to see which file I need to open. However for some reasons I do not want to use Sumatra PDF. My suggestion is that Kchmviewer should aslo support viewing recently opened files as thumbnails.

Unfortunately I don't plan implementing this, since CHM files have no thumbnails, and even some ebooks do not. This would make sense for a "library mode", but kchmviewer doesn't have this mode.
However if you decide to implement it yourself, and send the patch, I'll merge it. Just please make sure it properly handles the files which do NOT have thumbnails.
