I'm building kchm 0.2. configure completes
successfully, but 'make' fails complaining that it
can't find chmfile.h. I grab chmfile.h from the xchm
source, put it in kchm/src, and now the build completes

chmfile was used to build the first attepmts to read a .chm
the same way xchm does, but the KDE paradigm does not allow
to do that way so that file is not needed (it does not
appears in any source file).
It must remain in the Makefile for my automatic project
management tool (KDevelop). If you figure out the
modifications to add to the makefile you won't get such
