#66 something smells in KCEasy land!

I have a screen shot of an unusual trouble that has
occured for me many times and now is in a loop. I have
downloaded a music file and it is comnpleted. It is a
file sized 14.37 MB, but it shows up as completed at
16.35 + mb. I do not understand how that can be, but
even after I have "Clear Finished" and shut down my
con puter and cold rebooted it shows up again on the
list as "CVompleted" and at the same figures.
I have attached the "KCEasy error04.JPG" to this memo.
These kind of things drive programmers crazier.

the articles!
You may wonder why it is "error04", and that would be
expected. I have threee other errors that are minor,
too, but not understandable. If you are interested I
can send them too.

Well after trying several times to send the picture I
give up. why do so many sites, including KCEasy, make
it so hard for people to try to help them. First the
picture, a BMP, was too big, (not specified inthe
page), then after I convert it to a JPG, I get an
error message that some "artifact" is missing. No
explanation of what in Hell an Artifact is, that's
great! Just leave a person in the dark and forgwet the
error reporting.

I really had enjoy your guys program but when reachs the time to play the musics i´ve downloaded then comes the problem because to acquire the license then you have virus come through. That is the unique bad part of use your guys program. The rest everything is just fine.
