    Hi Everybody,

I have posted some files in the v23_xfce_experimental directory. Please note the word "experimental". :-)

I recommend that you try it on a virtual machine first, or a machine on which you just finished the v23 installation. It worked for me, and I hope it works for you.

By carefully following the directions in the HOWTO_xfce file, one should see the "Andy_Ham_Radio_Linux" menu with the layout to which you've become accustomed. Please let me know if there are any glaring omissions. Pay special attention to the fact that this installation must be done as root after changing to the "/" root directory. Please also note that any terminal based programs are not in the menu, e.g. aa-analyzer.pl. I don't know how to make that work in xfce.

I did not (intend to) modify any other menus presented by xfce. Any system or sound related files are buried somewhere in the standard xfce menus.

Please offer constructive feedback here. This is a first cut, so there may be issues.

    Thanks, and 73,

    Andy
