#2 New device, AboCom, does not work
I just found a USB/ethernet device, marking on the
device shows fcc id mq4usb10ta nd usb to ehernet
adapter is printed, inside it contains tha kawasaki
chip KL5KUSB101B ONE MYSON MTD214Q (Tp driver chip?)
one timer NE555 2 crystals, 48MHz and 20MHz
eeprom 24c16 Texas Instrument FOO chip?
and an ISS IS61LV256/15T memory?
When inserting device into computer i get the message
saying
Manufacturer>ABOCOM
Product>USB ETHERNET ADAPTER
Serial number> 0000000000
Kawasaki device probe (device number 2): 0x7bc:0x4000
Device at c2c63c00
Descriptor lenght:12 type 1
usb.c unhandled interface on device
usb.c USB device 2 (vend/prod) 0x7b8/0x4000 is not
claimed by any active driver
I then added the vend/prod into kaweth.c so there was a
line like
{ "AboCom", 0x7b8, 0x4000, NULL},
and retried (printout included in included file)
there seems to be some trouble in downloading the
firmware
Kern.log 3 different scenarios last is probably most relevant
