1. Way to review/archive/delete private messages in
their entirety.
2. Way to specify refresh rates for various tickers.
3. Way to specify local logs of cb chatter.

Ticker rates will be advised via perlmonks through the xml
ticker as a parameter. I'd rather respect that than give
users control to dos pm :)

types of links that won't work, but I'm interested.
