I find your project looking at the sourceforge search.

I think you take some wrong directions :
- first IPCop team welcome collaboration from everyone.
- secondly, I don't think actually writting add-ons is the
best way from an user maintenance perspective until some
strong interfaces from the core to the add-ons are defined.
This is far from the case actually even we have slightly
improved this for lang text.
A far better way would be to work with us to include
enhancements in the core code.
- third, this is an error to think that it is necessary to
create a GUI to install from windows. What gain to limit to
this particular interface?
There is plenty others ways to avoid this.

... i not wanting to addon to ipcop... im wanting to build
my own system.. i was using ipcop as a example
