Note: in non-modal views, it has the same color (white) as the table cells; but it is optically separated by a fine line from the tables.

Resolved in svn 4019, by using the toolbat from the enclosing navigation view controller.
With the exception of Help View Controller, which is not yet enclosed in a navi vc.
