#2 Kappa de-novo clustering error
Hi Valentin,
I receive an the following error massage when running kappa in de-novo mode:
“TypeError: print_stdout() missing 2 required positional arguments: 'end' and 'condition'”
My command line:
kappa -T 6 -t ORFs_45-1500_proteins.fasta -K /home/.../kappa-1.1/bin/kappa1.config -o Cys-rich_denovo_m6L130 -l 31 -L 130 -k C -m 6
When I change parameters as follows, the run is successful:
kappa -T 6 -t ORFs_45-1500_proteins.fasta -K /home/.../kappa-1.1/bin/kappa1.config -o Cys-rich_denovo_m12L300 -l 131 -L 300 -k C -m 12
Could you please help me to resolve this issue?
