Por que no reconoce la version de TCL al instalar? Una
muestra:

Instalando un Eggdrop 1.6.15:

Instalando un Kaosbot 8.4:

checking for Tcl version... hmm... unknown version

You're tcl version is way too old - Version 7.4 or earlier
I suggest you download and compile a more recent
version
The most reliable current version is 8.2b1
