#19 Problem with hot keys

Hot keys that are a capital letters e.g. I (for information) do not work with Shift+the letter.
The only way to work is Caps Lock on, and then the letter. The same thing happens with the + and - keys
(that stand for next and previous track respectively) where shift is again necessary. Also, when I select the
"hot keys" tab at the "options" choice an error message appears but if I press continue it goes on normally.
