#56 cannot select shape via STROKE

to replicate:
draw shape
select shape
change Fill Alpha to zero (0)
select nothing (deselect selected shape
select the same shape again

expectation: you can still select the shape despite 0 Fill-alpha
reality: you cannot select the shape at all
