#19 flip a shape

flipping a shape vertically or horizontally would quicken work like creating simple animation of looking left and right, running back and forth, etc

NOTE: Inkscape has this via pressing H (horizontal) or V (vertical) -- altho V is currently used for Select as currently patterned with Gimp's PS shortcut keys V for Move
