Hi, I have been able to get the Leadtek Dongle Gold working with Xine (although I'm having problems where it often locks up and loses the signal, fortunately there is a workaround; typing this at the terminal seems to fix this problem; ls -1R /dev/dvb* /dev/dvb: adapter0 /dev/dvb/adapter0: demux0 dvr0 frontend0 net0 however nothing works with kaffeine. I'm running Ubuntu 9.10, have Kaffeine version 1.0-pre2 using KDE 4.3.2 If I go to Configure television under the device 1 tab; name: Afatech AF9013 DVB-T Source: au-Sydney_North_Shore (I've also tried au-Sydney_Kings_Cross and au-Sutherland) Name: Sydney channels click ok on Device1 tab under general options tab click Update scan data over Internet scan data successfully updated click ok select Television channels, with sydney channels as the source click start scan error panel says; Sorry Kaffeine No suitable device found! and I can get no further than this dmesg | tails shows; [ 3109.509593] af9013: firmware version:4.95.0 [ 3109.513218] DVB: registering adapter 0 frontend 0 (Afatech AF9013 DVB-T)...
