I tried replacing spirit with ipxact but it doesn't pass 3.0.0 library check. Replacing ipxact:vendor with vendor does work. Did the standard change? I noticed that they no longer give examples.

Hi John,
Yes, the 2014 standard changed the references by removing the spirit/ipxact prefix from all VLNV fields. This is checked in version 3.0.0 and newer.
