I use the Kabeja parser to extract DXF entities, but I can not obtain block attributes. Is kabeja able to parse this kind of entity? How can I get them?

this part is not yet supported and some parts are open of the attribute handling, you can open a feature request or a bug report. So it will not get lost for the next release (I plan a bugfix release 0.41 in 2-3 weeks).
